UNIKA ultrasound tanks
The ultrasonic tanks “UNIKA” line are entirely constructed with the special material, anti erosion and anti corrosion, higher than AISI 304 and
They can be used in high power in continuous mode (on average 10 years for 8 hours a day).
An advantage in terms of: saving of time and resistance over time.
The importance of safety
For safety reasons, the Generator, with its control panel, is provided as an independent unit.
A deliberate choice to avoid facing any damage resulting from probable risks that would occur with a built-in generator (wear and malfunction, caused by leaking of the detergent liquid, and possible blocking of the activity). Having a power generator positioned away from the tank not only guarantees greater safety but also a longer life.
Generators and Transducers
Powered and guided by the ultrasonic Generator, even the Immersible Transducers can be defined as independent units. Applied inside the UNIKA tanks (IMB), they are positioned on the wall or on the bottom, depending on the model (except for the THP 60 model built in a different way).
The THP 60 model is a very high power tank (greater than 30 w / l), performances that normal tanks do not reach.

Special ultrasonic cleaning tanks
Upon request, ultrasonic cleaning tanks of special dimensions are built in AISI 304, AISI 316 stainless steel or in anti-erosion and anti-corrosion material.
All ultrasonic cleaning tanks are equipped with an overflow for the skimming of floating impurities, insulation and heating by means of thermostated stainless steel resistors.
The ultrasonic clenaing tanks have a minimum capacity of 60 L and an unlimited maximum capacity thanks to the use of many immersible transducers.
Variety of optionals
The special ultrasonic cleaning tanks can have vertical or horizontal oscillatory movement of the frame holder bar (pre galvanic and galvanic).
In addition, it is possible to apply a pump / filter to the ultrasonic cleaning tanks that allows continuous recycling and cleaning of the detergent or an oil separator.
Together with the tank it is possible to request baskets which can be of various types and sizes.
