Panatronix produces ultrasonic cleaning plants with aqueous detergents mainly for industrial use.
This type of washing is particularly suitable for interoperational washes, pre-galvanic and pre-coating.
The plant consists of a tank equipped with:
– basket holder plane descender,
– overflow for the skimming of floating impurities,
– insulation,
– heating by means of thermostated stainless steel resistors.

Panatronix manufactures ultrasonic cleaning and deoxidation lines with cold aqueous detergents.
This production was created to solve some problems related to the high temperature of the detergents.
We think of the oxidation and damage of materials or the creation of vapors whose elimination requires the application of expensive and complex extraction and abatement systems.
De-oiling and filtration
Oil separator D2 and D1
Panatronix manufactures ultrasonic cleaning plants equipped with pumps / filters and / or oil separators.
A pump / filter can be applied to the ultrasonic degreasing tanks which allows continuous recycling and cleaning of the detergent, or an oil separator that skims the floating oil and conveys it towards the overflow.
Depending on the performance required, there are two types of oil separator:
Oil separator D1: it exploits the coalescence principle and is particularly suitable for interoperational washing
Entirely built in Aisi 304 stainless steel, it has a capacity of about 200 liters
Oil separator D2: t is the best performing oil separator on the market. Leverage a unique Panatronix reverse double coalescence plant and absorption to obtain the maximum possible oil separation. On request it can also be equipped with a filter pump. Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel, it has a capacity of about 300 liters.
