LIMITS OF EXISTING TECHNOLOGIES
- SPRAY WASHING MACHINES with aqueous detergents: they don’t reach the internal and shielded parts of the pieces;
- IMMERSION WASHING MACHINES with aqueous detergents: they don’t develop a sufficient mechanical washing action;
- SOLVENT WASHING MACHINES and modified alcohol washing machine: they chemically act on the organic components of the dirt but not on the inorganic components. Ultrasound, even when present, causes minimal cavitation due to the nature of the product.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY DUAL˄
NEW CONCEPT plant built starting from the HEART of WASHING, consisting of two ultrasonic groups with double power and frequency that generate a powerful mechanical action (cavitation) inside the pieces and in the porosity of the materials. This allows to obtain a MOLECULAR LEVEL WASH that goes beyond the existing limits with an evident ECONOMIC and ECOLOGICAL ADVANTAGE due to a very low consumption of products.
